Job summary

ARM Group LLC is seeking a Senior Civil Project Engineer with land development experience to join our Energy & Power practice in the Mid-Atlantic region. The candidate will design, calculate, and report for permit applications, coordinate schedules, and mentor teammates while interfacing with regulators, clients, and project managers.

Required: PE license in the mid-Atlantic, a Civil/Environmental engineering degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office, and

Qualifications

• PE license required in PA, MD, VA or other mid-Atlantic state(s).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of experience designing and permitting land development projects.
• Experience with stormwater management and erosion/sediment control design and permitting (NPDES).

Responsibilities

• Develop calculations, reports, and drawings for permit applications and bid packages for Energy & Power projects in the Mid-Atlantic.
• Create project timelines, manage schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and help keep projects on time and within budget.
• Provide mentoring to teammates on engineering designs and permit applications for regulatory approvals.
• Coordinate design and permitting of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prepare designs and permit applications to obtain land use approvals.
• Present projects at public meetings and hearings, addressing technical and land use questions.
• Help develop technical proposals and improve internal processes.
