ARM Group LLC partners with a multidisciplinary team to deliver land development engineering for solar, wind, and other renewable energy projects in the Mid-Atlantic. The Project Manager will oversee stormwater management design, permitting, and coordination with regulatory agencies and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires a PE license, Civil/Environmental engineering degree, and 5+ years of relevant experience, with strong AutoCAD and Hydrocad proficiency.

Formación

• PE license in PA, MD, VA or other mid-Atlantic state.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of experience in land development or land use permitting.
• Experience with stormwater management plans and permitting (NPDES).
• Knowledge of state environmental regulations and local permitting authorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for multiple, complex projects.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and stormwater modeling software.
• Ability to manage project budgets, schedules and client communications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage development, design and permitting of multiple projects in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Prepare and review engineering designs and permit applications for approvals.
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, scope, and communicate with key stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop practical solutions.
• Perform QA/QC and check technical calculations and specs.
• Prepare models and technical documents for stakeholder presentations.
• Assess feasibility considering site/building constraints and constructability.
