Job summary

ARM Group LLC seeks a Civil or Environmental Project Manager to lead land development and energy project work in the Mid-Atlantic. You will manage stormwater planning, design reviews, and permitting for solar, wind, and energy projects, coordinating with engineers, geologists, CAD designers, and staff.

The role emphasizes regulatory interfacing, project scheduling, and budget adherence, with a focus on delivering compliant, high-quality designs.

Qualifications

• P.E. license in PA, MD, VA or other mid-Atlantic state(s).
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of land development or land use permitting design/permits experience.
• Experience with stormwater management plans, erosion & sediment control planning and permitting (NPDES).
• Knowledge of state environmental regulations and local permitting authorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with regulators, clients and teams.
• Experience managing vendor and client payments and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, design and permitting of multiple projects in the Mid-Atlantic with focus in Maryland.
• Prepare and review engineering designs and permit applications for approvals.
• Maintain schedules, timelines, and coordinate with subcontractors and resources.
• Monitor progress and communicate with stakeholders.
• Assess and mitigate project risks; develop effective solutions.
• Perform QA/QC on calculations and prepare project specifications.
• Prepare models and technical documents for design/feasibility presentations.
• Evaluate feasibility based on site/building constraints.
