Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and PE licensure.
• Minimum 8 years of land development project experience.
• Local project resume preferred.
• Experience directing junior staff in execution of project deliverables is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for design, grading, drainage, and utilities; model hydrology/hydraulic systems.
• Prepare and revise documentation for all project phases from feasibility to closeout.
• Coordinate with geomatics to assemble base information.
• Develop concept design alternatives based on site constraints and objectives.
• Create 3D models of civil systems and provide clear markups for the team.
• Participate in coordination meetings with clients, owners, and contractors.
• Prepare construction quantity estimates and basic cost analyses.
• Assist with project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule management.
• Lead preparation and coordination of project specifications and construction documents.
• Participate in constructability reviews and ensure QA/QC on projects.
• Lead document processing for approvals and permits; manage workload across multiple projects.
