Job summary

Leoforce in Orlando is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead land development and master-planned community projects from concept through construction certification. Florida PE license strongly preferred, with EIT considered if leadership and PM capabilities are proven.

Expect leadership of cross-functional teams and close client collaboration. You will develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and proposals; coordinate due diligence; manage multidisciplinary resources; and drive business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Florida PE license strongly preferred/required.
• EIT candidates may be considered when leadership capabilities exist.
• Approximately 5–10+ years of civil engineering/project management experience.
• Strong land development experience, especially residential and master-planned communities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, lead teams, and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering and land development projects from concept through construction certification.
• Lead residential and master-planned community projects; coordinate commercial/industrial development as applicable.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, fee proposals, and timelines.
• Coordinate due diligence and evaluate development potential of properties.
• Oversee internal teams for construction plans and approvals with agencies.
• Monitor project financial performance, invoicing, profitability, and AR.
• Maintain client communications on progress, schedules, budgets, deliverables; build client relationships.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and team mentoring.
