Jobot is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager in Orlando to lead land development and master‑planned community projects from concept through construction certification. This role emphasizes strong client relationships, team leadership, and overseeing multi‑phase development with a focus on residential, commercial, and municipal projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Florida PE license strongly preferred/required.
• EIT candidates may be considered with PM and leadership capabilities.
• Approximately 5-10+ years of civil engineering/project management experience.
• Strong experience with land development, particularly residential development.
• Master-planned community experience highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience leading engineering teams and coordinating multidisciplinary resources.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Experience with proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and project budgets.
• Understanding of project financial management and profitability.
• Business development and client relationship-building experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple civil engineering and land development projects from concept through construction certification.
• Lead residential and master-planned community projects, with experience in commercial/industrial/municipal development considered.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, fee proposals, and timelines.
• Coordinate due diligence activities and evaluate development potential.
• Work with planning professionals on concepts for proposed developments.
• Lead internal teams for construction plans preparation and processing.
• Coordinate project approvals with local, state, and federal agencies.
• Support timely completion and certification with construction inspection personnel.
• Monitor project financial performance, invoicing, profitability, and AR.
• Maintain communication with clients on progress, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients; participate in BD activities.
• Mentor and develop junior staff; assist with recruiting and teamwork.
