Job summary

SDAC leads complex civil and infrastructure projects in Montgomery, AL. The Senior Project Manager will oversee field and office teams, coordinate with clients, engineers, DOT, and municipalities, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

This on-site role emphasizes safety, accountability, and quality, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and contribute to large-scale projects in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years civil construction PM experience.
• Heavy civil / DOT / municipal project background.
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Strong leadership and field experience.
• Ability to read civil plans and manage budgets/schedules.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage large civil construction projects end to end.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, costs, and manpower.
• Lead PMs, Superintendents, crews, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, DOT, inspectors, and municipalities.
• Review plans, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and quantities.
• Monitor jobsite safety, quality, and compliance.
• Lead project meetings and closeout activities.
