Job summary

Bowman Consulting in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead a team of civil project engineers, designers, and CAD technicians on land development projects. You will manage scope, schedules, and budgets while delivering client-focused outcomes and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in A/E, a PE license, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Land Surveying, Planning, or related discipline.
• Registered (Licensed) Professional in field of expertise strongly preferred.
• Ten or more (10+) years of experience within the A/E industry and/or in commercial, residential, or governmental land development, to include 3-5 years project management experience.
• Experience with water/wastewater systems, water treatment, water distribution, pump stations and operations.
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer applications and civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD and/or Civil3D or similar design software required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of civil project engineers, designers and CAD technicians.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet project requirements and drive profitability.
• Prepare designs, specifications, plans, estimates and reports for projects.
• Review project costs and ensure budgets are maintained.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and design teams to coordinate execution.
