Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required at hire.
• EIT certification and/or progress toward PE preferred.
• 3+ years of civil engineering experience; land/site development preferred.
• Experience with Civil3D, AutoCAD, and stormwater/sediment modeling tools.
• Ability to read construction plans and work with multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct moderately complex engineering tasks under senior supervision.
• Collaborate with clients, agencies, and design teams on projects.
• Conceptualize initial civil design approaches for land/site development.
• Apply standard engineering techniques and perform detailed design calculations.
• Prepare plans, specs, reports, and responses to design issues.
• Coordinate multi-project priorities and communicate progress clearly.
