Langan is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in New York City, White Plains, or Melville, NY. You will lead design, permitting, and client development efforts across diverse land development projects, collaborating with senior leaders to drive growth and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of site/civil engineering experience with land development focus.
• Professional Engineering license.
• Proficient with AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
• Active participation in professional organizations.
• Experience in technical and proposal writing.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and judgment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Design and permit residential, institutional, commercial centers, warehouses, and mixed-use projects.
• Collaborate with office leadership to develop growth plans and staff utilization.
• Lead site/civil efforts including layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion control.
• Lead storm water management design and SWPPP preparation.
• Integrate geotechnical and environmental engineering in land development.
• Perform other duties as requested.
