Langan is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Civil Engineering in Princeton, NJ. The role focuses on leading design, permitting and client development for diverse land development projects. You will collaborate with top leadership to drive project success and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Strong client development and client management abilities are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and permit residential, institutional, commercial centers, warehouses, and mixed‑use projects.
• Develop growth plans with office leadership and manage staff utilization.
• Lead site/civil efforts from concept through completion, including layout, grading, drainage and infrastructure.
• Lead storm water management design, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and SWPPP preparation.
• Integrate geotechnical and environmental engineering into land development projects.
• Perform other duties as requested.
