Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design in Arizona seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and oversee financial performance for complex land development projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience in land development is required.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and ability to mentor junior staff.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project schedules and budgets to satisfy the client and control costs.
• Identify project team, tasks, deliverables and manpower requirements.
• Oversee quality control/assurance on all projects.
• Lead and coordinate proposals and Marketing/BizDev support.
• Hold team meetings and review procedures before submission.
• Negotiate scope changes with clients with supervisor approval.
• Coordinate with project team to ensure high utilization and timely reporting.
• Review time sheets and manage staff performance.
• Ensure adherence to planning, budgets and out-of-scope approvals.
• Mentor project managers and staff; support health and safety compliance.
