Entellus, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our Land Development team in Phoenix, Arizona.

You will oversee a range of projects from residential subdivisions to commercial sites, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence while cultivating strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of land development experience, Arizona PE licensure, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing land development projects.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Arizona.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and team.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and on-site inspections.
• Detail-oriented, professional, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently/remotely while meeting schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and manage scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Prepare and manage monthly client invoicing.
• Manage and mentor the project team.
• Oversee land development projects through all lifecycle stages.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to secure new work.
• Ensure quality control on all project deliverables.
• Share engineering best practices with the project team.
• Represent the firm at networking events to win new business.
