Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of civil engineering design experience preferred.
• Illinois PE license or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Experience with roadway, storm sewer, and water distribution design.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical engineering reports.
• Prepare plans, specifications, construction schedules, and cost estimates.
• Work with Construction Observers during construction.
• Assist Project Manager in completing projects within budget and schedule.
• Attend client meetings.
