Job summary

EWI Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Land/Site Project Manager to lead complex civil engineering, land development and site infrastructure projects from planning through to completion. You will manage project teams, consultants, contractors and supply-chain partners, develop detailed programmes, budgets, procurement plans and risk registers, and monitor progress against milestones.

Strong leadership, knowledge of construction methods, health and safety requirements and contract

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading civil land development or site infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of planning, health and safety, contract administration and cost control.
• Professional project management membership or equivalent qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site investigations, earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities, foundations and access infrastructure; ensure designs are buildable and compliant with regulations.
• Coordinate planning conditions, permits, surveys and technical submissions; maintain clear communication with clients and authorities.
• Identify and resolve project issues, manage variations, monitor contractor performance and provide progress reports to leadership.
