Job summary

Dibble is seeking a Project Manager for the Land Development team in our Tucson office. You will lead commercial land development projects, manage client relationships, and direct engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality results from concept to closeout.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, a Arizona PE license, and at least 10 years of relevant experience with 5+ years in project management, preferably in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college.
• Professional Engineer (PE) in Arizona.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in Commercial Land Development (Arizona preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads project coordination meetings with internal team members and external design partners.
• Conducts quality assurance and quality control on own projects.
• Coordinate all aspects of project life cycle, including clients/owners, design teams, internal staff and all other necessary resources.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, project plans and project budgets.
• Prepare project billing/invoices and follow up with clients to ensure timely receipt of payment.
• Develop business relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide direction to technical staff on project issues and general engineering principles.
• Actively participate in the career development of staff.
• Be an ambassador for the Company at industry events and conferences.
• Participate in new project interviews.
• Participate in the execution of Company strategic initiatives.
