Job summary

Dibble is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Land Development in Denver, CO. You will oversee commercial land development projects, ensuring quality deliverables, client satisfaction, and strong team leadership.

You will guide engineers and technicians, build relationships with clients, and report to the Land Development Business Unit Leader. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role in a growing regional firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years of Project Management experience in Commercial Land Development (preferably Colorado Front Range).

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination meetings with internal team members and external design partners.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control on own projects.
• Coordinate all aspects of project life cycle with clients, design teams, staff and resources.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, plans and budgets.
• Prepare project billing/invoices and secure timely payments from clients.
• Develop business relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide direction to staff on project issues and engineering principles.
• Mentor staff and participate in career development.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Participate in interviews for new projects.
• Support execution of company strategic initiatives.
• Prepare scopes of work, schedules and fee proposals.
• Suggest improvements to company practices and processes.
