Job summary

RibbitZ is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager for land development in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead site and residential development projects, directing design teams and subconsultants to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 8+ years of land development experience, and an Arizona PE license or eligibility. You will mentor staff and maintain QA/QC across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 8+ years of land development experience required.
• Arizona PE license or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Proven client relationships and contract negotiation experience.
• Strong ability to manage technical teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development and residential land development projects.
• Direct internal design teams and subconsultants.
• Develop scopes, cost proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Maintain and grow client relationships.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop engineering staff.
• Ensure QA/QC and technical accuracy throughout projects.
• Apply strong civil engineering and technical expertise.
• Manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
