Job summary

Dibble Engineering in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead airport development projects, coordinating clients, design teams, and subconsultants to deliver airside and landside infrastructure on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, Arizona PE, 10–15 years in engineering and project management, and AutoCAD Civil 3D experience; established Arizona client relationships are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college.
• Must be registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Arizona OR obtain AZ PE license within 6 months.
• Minimum 10-15 years of engineering and project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Civil / Aviation Engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years of increasing experience and application of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Established client relationships within the state of Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all project participants, including clients, owners, design teams, internal staff and other resources.
• Actively pursue marketing and business development opportunities while building new and maintaining existing client relationships.
• Prepare and participate in project interviews.
• Assemble project teams (subconsultants, internal staff) for pursuits.
• Prepare and manage scopes of work, schedules and fee proposals.
• Set up accounting and budget tracking for new projects.
• Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare project billing/invoices and follow up with clients for payment.
• Perform quality assurance and quality control for deliverables.
• Represent the Company at industry events and conferences.
• Participate in the execution of Company strategic initiatives.
