Job summary

New England Infrastructure, Inc. (NEI) seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead multi-million-dollar civil infrastructure projects across dams, bridges, and highways. You will drive on-site operations, enforce safety, quality, and schedule, and coordinate with owners' representatives and subcontractors.

You will review plans, manage crews, resolve issues, and mentor field teams. The role requires at least 5 years of heavy civil experience and fluency with OSHA regulations and reading

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
• Fluency with OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations for multi-million-dollar civil projects.
• Manage crews, plan work sequences, and resolve field issues.
