Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of heavy civil construction experience with bridge/structural focus.
• Proven DOT/public transportation project experience preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and schedules, ensure constructability and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day field leadership for bridge and heavy civil construction.
• Plan activities, crews, equipment, and short-term scheduling.
• Coordinate temporary works, formwork, and access systems.
• Supervise crews, subcontractors, and suppliers; align with project managers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and documentation per plans and specs.
