Job summary

New England Infrastructure, Inc. (NEI) seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead multi-million-dollar civil infrastructure projects across dams, bridges, and highways. You will drive on-site operations, enforce safety, quality, and schedule, and coordinate with owners' representatives and subcontractors.

You will review plans, manage crews, resolve issues, and mentor field teams. The role requires at least 5 years of heavy civil experience and fluency with OSHA regulations and reading

What You'll Bring to this Role:

Uphold the highest standards for safety, quality, and efficiency, ensuring every operation aligns with NEI's reputation for outstanding performance.

Take charge of job-site operations with precision, confidence, and clarity, managing crews and resolving issues in high-stakes environments.

Review plans, maintain progress reports, and manage procurement with meticulous attention to detail, knowing that quality requires precision.

Connect with others to build strong relationships with team members, owners' representatives, and subcontractors, driving collaboration and results.

Leverage at least 5 years of relevant experience in heavy civil construction, fluency in OSHA regulations, and expertise in interpreting construction drawings and reports.
