Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major civil and utility infrastructure programs for real estate developments in San Francisco, USA.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, utilities, and city agencies, manage budgets and schedules, ensure governance and compliance, and drive value engineering and project controls across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; PMP/CCM/OSHA 30 certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing civil infrastructure, utility, land development, or large-scale construction programs.
• Experience delivering horizontal infrastructure projects including utility systems, roadway improvements, grading, and site development.
• Experience working with public agencies, utility providers, municipalities, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
• Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects
• Production of formal project status reports and other reports as required
• Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards are being applied correctly
• Forecast and update key project milestones
• Provide cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required
