Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Real Estate team. You will lead delivery of major civil and utility infrastructure projects, coordinating with architects, engineers, authorities, and contractors to ensure compliant, high-quality outcomes.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, risk and cost control, and the ability to manage multiple projects across development parcels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, CCM or OSHA 30 certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing civil infrastructure, utility, land development, or large-scale construction programs.
• Experience delivering horizontal infrastructure projects including utility systems, roadway improvements, grading, and site development.
• Experience working with public agencies, utility providers, municipalities, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of utility coordination, permitting processes, environmental compliance, and construction sequencing.
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, contractors, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience supporting large urban redevelopment or master-planned community projects strongly preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major civil and utility infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with city agencies, utility providers, developers, consultants, and contractors.
• Manage design development, procurement, construction execution, and project closeout activities.
• Monitor progress of multiple projects to ensure that design standards are applied.
• Provide cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance.
• Prepare formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, and regional stakeholders.
• Rapidly respond to RFIs from the field.
• Ensure compliance with permitting, environmental commitments, and regulatory approvals.
