E-Z Bel Construction, LLC is seeking a Senior Estimator to prepare accurate, compliant cost estimates for heavy civil projects, including roadways, utilities, drainage, and structures.

You will perform quantity take-offs, develop bid estimates in HeavyBid, coordinate with subs, ensure DBE/HUB/EEO compliance, and mentor junior estimators while improving estimating processes. Office-based with occasional site visits; strong Excel/Bluebeam/HeavyBid skills required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of heavy civil estimating experience across roadway, underground utilities, drainage, and structural concrete scopes.
• Experience estimating public infrastructure projects for municipal, county, utility authority, or state-funded work.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze project plans and specifications to develop accurate, competitive cost estimates for heavy civil projects.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for roadway, drainage, utilities, and concrete scopes using Bluebeam and Excel.
• Develop bid estimates in HeavyBid leveraging historical data and bid item structures.
• Coordinate bid scoping and quote alignment with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with public agency requirements (DBE, HUB, EEO) for each owner.
• Lead and mentor Estimators and Junior Estimators to uphold standards and accuracy.
