Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a field or project engineer or construction estimator.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, HCSS Heavy Bid, Agtek, Blue Beam, ProCore.

Responsibilities

• Prepares complete project scope estimates based on proposal documentation from concept to completion.
• Evaluates bidding risks and strategies to increase competitiveness.
• Reviews drawings, specifications, data, and geotechnical reports for accuracy.
• Develops relationships with suppliers/vendors to ensure best pricing and value.
• Prepares detailed estimate costs for self-perform work and indirect project costs.
