The ideal candidate will have a PE license, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and the ability to mentor staff while supporting business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7–10 years of civil engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer.
• Excellent project/time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and flexible work environment.
• Ability to manage multiple long-term projects and immediate tasks concurrently.
• Ability to work well on teams and individually.
