Job summary

The role demands a PE license, 15+ years of land development experience, and proficiency in Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and related modeling tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in land development with PE license.
• Additional certifications such as PMP, QSP/QSD are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management across all phases, meeting KPIs and client expectations.
• Design site grading, drainage, utilities and stormwater per standards.
• Prepare civil plans from concept to construction using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
