Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• PE license is required.
• 15+ years in civil/site design, DoD or military infra preferred.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D and related design tools.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex civil design projects for DoD facilities.
• Oversee technical documentation for stormwater, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
• Provide QA and regulatory compliance oversight.
• Mentor and manage engineering staff; set department goals.
