The role emphasizes multidisciplinary delivery, marketing support, and a strong track record in meeting timelines and budgets within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in design and project management of local agency or state transportation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and P.E. license for WA or OR.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical lead on cumulative project total >$750K annually.
• Contribute to successful business development of >$250K annually.
• Estimate and budget labor hours for design projects; review job costing reports and take corrective action.
• Establish and maintain client relationships; ensure client satisfaction and objectives are met.
• Participate in business development opportunities.
• Participate in professional organizations and functions.
