Job summary

Qualifications

ABET-accredited degree in civil engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in civil roadway transportation.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
Experience leading design for large projects and delegating tasks.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead transportation design and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Coordinate with PMs and discipline leads to set priorities, delegate work and manage schedules.
Mentor engineers and designers through technical guidance and opportunities for growth.
Perform quality reviews for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders about complex concepts.
