Job summary

Alliance Consulting Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Architect / Project Manager to lead federal facility projects from planning to construction administration.

You will act as a technical leader, mentor junior staff, and help drive business development across DoD, VA, and other federal agencies. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver DB and DBB projects, while ensuring design excellence, code compliance, and client satisfaction in a collaborative, inclusive

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (RA) is required.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in QA/QC, conceptual design, space and site planning, and architectural design services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from NAAB-accredited program.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software including AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the technical development of architectural projects from conceptual design through construction.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects stay within budgets.
• Develop architectural design concepts with multidisciplinary teams and participate in all design phase activities.
• Create presentation documents and assist in business development efforts, presenting to leadership and customers.
• Consult on engineering drawings and specifications for all project phases, ensuring building code compliance.
• Develop Revit models, lead BIM coordination, and oversee interdisciplinary model integration.
