Job summary

Serco is seeking a senior Civil Engineer Leader to join the Agile Impact group, delivering subject matter expertise to a broad DoD and civil government customer base. The role focuses on sustainment and development of next generation capabilities, with 15+ years of leadership experience and DoD familiarity.

The position is primarily in the National Capital Region, with travel to DoD and federal civilian sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• PE licensure highly valued.
• PMP certification preferred for program management.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-disciplinary support to government offices.
• Serve as advisor to senior government personnel and potentially commercial entities.
• Lead working groups and develop engineering solutions to program issues.
• Support development and execution of multiple projects for various government offices.
• Travel up to 25% to support DoD and federal civilian customers.
