Job summary

Langan is seeking a Senior Staff Civil Engineer in Philadelphia, PA to lead the planning, design, and permitting of site/civil and infrastructure projects, with opportunities on mixed‑use developments, shopping centers, residential, and education facilities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in site/civil design, a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency, and an EIT certification; PE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and EIT certification; PE preferred.
• 3+ years of site/civil design experience including planning, grading, stormwater, drainage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and permitting for site/civil and infrastructure projects.
• Contribute to mixed-use developments, shopping centers, residential, and education projects.
