• Experience with municipal, industrial, and master planning projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead site due diligence and feasibility reviews.
• Oversee design and EOR peer review for civil packages.
• Perform mass earthwork analysis and value engineering.
• Verify master site layout for logistics and utilities.
• Coordinate permitting strategies with regulators and agencies.
• Resolve design disputes between Owner, GC, and EOR.
