The role requires a PE license (WA) or the ability to obtain one, 15+ years of site development experience, and strong communication skills to manage clients and teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure is required with ability to be licensed in Washington State.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in site development.
• Experience collaborating with local and State agencies/engineering community is a plus.
• Experience designing site development plans for permitting, bid, and construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects as the main client contact; manage projects and teams.
• Serve as technical and business mentor to junior staff.
• Integrate into a multidisciplinary team of site design engineers and surveyors.
• Prepare proposals and cross-sell multidiscipline services to clients.
