Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure with ability to be licensed in Washington State.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in site development.
• Experience with local/state or federal permitting and collaboration with engineering community.
• Experience designing site development plans for permitting, bidding, and construction.
• Strong project management, mentoring, and business development skills.
• Client management experience.
