Job summary

Coffman Engineers is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in Spokane, WA to lead site development projects including stormwater management, utility design and earthwork/grading. You will manage client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to business development across diverse clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited program.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure with ability to be licensed in Washington State.
Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in site development.
Experience with local/state or federal permitting and collaboration with engineering community.
Experience designing site development plans for permitting, bidding, and construction.
Strong project management, mentoring, and business development skills.
Client management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead projects as the main point of contact with clients.
Serve as project manager and team lead.
Mentor junior staff and integrate into a multidisciplinary team.
Develop proposals and cross-sell multidiscipline services to clients.
