Job summary

Coffman Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil Discipline Engineer in Spokane, WA with 15+ years of site development experience. You will lead projects, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff while coordinating across disciplines to deliver multidiscipline engineering solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited program.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure required; ability to be licensed in Washington State.
Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in site development.
Experience collaborating with local/state agencies/engineering community is a plus.
Experience designing site development plans for permitting, bid, and construction.

Responsibilities

Lead projects as the main point of contact with clients.
Act as project manager and team lead; mentor junior staff.
Incorporate multidisciplinary coordination and business development in proposals.
Cross-sell multidiscipline services to a diverse client base.
