We are seeking a Senior Discipline Civil Engineer with expertise in site development, stormwater management, utility design, and earthwork/grading design. Key skills include project management, multidisciplinary coordination, and business development. Experience with local, state, or federal permitting and compliance is highly valuable.
In this role, you will lead projects as the main point of contact with clients, be a project manager and team lead, be a technical and business mentor to junior staff, and integrate into a larger team of site design engineers, water/wastewater civil engineers, and land surveyors. This position includes business development in preparing proposals and actively cross-selling our multidiscipline services to a diverse client base. You will help grow and mentor a collaborative team, market our capabilities, and deliver high-quality engineering and consulting solutions.
