Job summary

Coffman Engineers is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in Spokane, WA, specializing in water resources and wastewater or process engineering. You will manage projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive client relationships across municipal, public utility, and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree in related field desirable.
• P.E. licensure required with ability to be licensed in WA State.

Responsibilities

• Support junior engineers focusing on water/wastewater engineering and a larger team of site-design civil engineers and surveyors.
• Lead business development, preparing proposals and cross-selling multidiscipline services to a diverse client base.
• Grow and mentor a collaborative team, market Coffman Engineers’ capabilities, and deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
