Job summary

Matrix Technologies, Inc. is seeking a self-driven Civil Engineer to join our team in Westminster, CO (remote option for the right candidate).

The role involves designing site development and industrial infrastructure, leading multi-discipline teams, and delivering projects for manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate has 4–10 years of civil engineering experience, a PE license (or plan to obtain within 12 months), and strong AutoCAD/Civil 3D and surveying skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited college/university.
• 4–10 years of civil engineering experience; consulting/manufacturing preferred.
• PE license required or to be obtained within 12 months of start date.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead designs for site grading, layout, stormwater, sewer, water piping, roads, and site development for industrial facilities.
• Develop engineering contract documents with drawings, details, specs, and installation scopes using AutoCAD tools.
• Lead field data collection including surveying, 3D scanning, and GPR_LEAD.
• Estimate material take-offs and prepare budgetary construction cost estimates.
