Qualifications

• 6+ years in civil site development, grading design, hydrology modeling, and permitting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Professional certifications valued (PE, NABCEP).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, HEC-RAS and GIS.
• Experience coordinating with EPC teams and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design and site development for utility-scale solar/BESS projects.
• Oversee permitting processes with regulatory agencies and environmental consultants.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-discipline teams (electrical, structural).
• Conduct site visits, quality control, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Drive project execution, risk assessment, and process improvements.
