The role requires advanced grading design, hydrology modeling, stormwater management, and geotechnical assessments. You will mentor engineers, coordinate with EPC teams, and drive permitting strategies across multi-project portfolios.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of civil site development, grading design, hydrology modeling, and permitting for utility-scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• PE License or NABCEP PV Professional preferred for regulatory compliance and project oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grading optimization, site layout refinement, and cut/fill balance to minimize costs.
• Lead stormwater management modeling and hydrology analyses for compliance.
• Handle civil permitting, coordinate with agencies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead cross-disciplinary workstreams with EPC, electrical, structural teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for site development.
