Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited in Doylestown, PA is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager (Land Development) to lead private subdivision and land development projects from planning through final design and construction. You will manage schedules, budgets, and client expectations while delivering high-quality civil design solutions.

The role requires a PE license, 5–7+ years of experience, and strong leadership to coordinate internal staff and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
About 5-7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
Experience designing private subdivisions or land development projects for private clients.
Strong site planning and civil design knowledge; ability to manage schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead civil engineering and land development projects from planning through final design and construction; manage schedules, budgets, deliverables and client expectations.
Own project quality, technical accuracy and delivery; coordinate internal staff and external stakeholders.
Provide design leadership: site layouts, roadways, grading, stormwater and BMP layouts; review drawings and calculations.
Perform site feasibility and due diligence; review zoning and regulations; support permitting and approvals.
Develop practical design solutions and identify permitting issues early.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and represent the firm with stakeholders.
Lead and mentor Engineers, Designers and CAD Technicians.
