Job summary

Megthink is seeking a Lead Civil Engineer to drive private subdivision and land development projects from planning through construction. You will lead design teams, ensure technical quality, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, a PE license (PA preferred), and 5–7+ years' related experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office. PA licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Active Professional Engineer license preferred; PA PE license preferred.
• 5–7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience in private land development.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, an active Professional Engineer license, and approximately 5-7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience. Candidates should have private land development design and project management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office; a Pennsylvania PE license is preferred.
