Job summary

Van Cleef Engineering Associates LLC, a multi-disciplinary civil engineering firm with offices in NJ and PA, is seeking a Project Manager in Doylestown, PA. The role focuses on private subdivision and land development project design, with collaboration across engineers, designers, and CAD technicians.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering, PE, and 7+ years of experience, including leadership of infrastructure or land development projects; proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering; PE is preferred/required
• 7+ years of progressive experience in private land development and infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is required; GIS and Hydroflow experience is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; ability to manage client relationships and project teams

Responsibilities

• Lead site planning, road layout, grading, stormwater management, and permitting for land development projects.
• Review zoning and regulations; prepare plans in accordance with local requirements.
• Monitor project progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with CAD technicians and design staff.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for client communication.
