Job summary

Megthink is seeking a Lead Civil Engineer to drive private subdivision and land development projects from planning through construction. You will lead design teams, ensure technical quality, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, a PE license (PA preferred), and 5–7+ years' related experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office. PA licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Active Professional Engineer license preferred; PA PE license preferred.
• 5–7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience in private land development.

Responsibilities

• Lead private subdivision and land development projects from planning through design and construction.
• Manage technical quality, schedules, budgets, clients and stakeholders.
• Provide civil design leadership and mentoring to junior staff.
