Job summary
Van Cleef Engineering Associates, LLC seeks a Civil Engineering Project Manager in Doylestown, PA to lead site planning and design for private subdivision and land development projects. You will coordinate engineers, designers, and CAD staff to deliver high-quality documents on schedule and within budget.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in infrastructure projects, PE preferred, with strong client communication and team mentorship capabilities.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering required; PE preferred/P.A. license preferred.
- 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in land development, private clients, and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; GIS and Hydroflow knowledge a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to manage client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead site planning, engineering design, and permitting for land development projects.
- Review regulations and zoning to ensure compliant plans.
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, and CAD staff to deliver projects on schedule and budget.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster professional development.
- Support client communication and presentation of design solutions.
