Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia.
• Experience with design, construction and management of land development and/or municipal projects.
• Demonstrated experience in client management; ability to lead and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and direct land development projects for a variety of clients
• Maintain close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion
• Prepare project approaches, scopes and fees required to complete projects
• Present proposals to clients, interviewing for projects, and selecting project teams
• Determine major project design decisions in conjunction with client
