Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in design, construction, and management of land development or municipal projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage clients and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and direct land development projects for various clients.
• Maintain close relationships with clients throughout and after project delivery.
• Prepare project approaches, scopes, and fees to complete projects.
• Present proposals to clients, interview for projects, and select project teams.
• Determine major design decisions in consultation with the client.
